Tänk “Less is more” i en smoothie till barn (för att säkra upp att de ska tycka om den). Men passa på att blanda i annat som inte smakar så mycket. Avokado är en frukt som passar toppen, men också bladspenat, zucchini eller liknande som inte har så stark egen smak. Vill man göra smoothien mer mättande och tillföra resistent stärkelse som är mat till de goda bakterierna i tarmen? Ja då kan man som jag gjort i detta recept även slänga i kokta i vita bönor!
