Ja vet, man kanske inte riktigt får kalla det för hummus men det är det jag tycker det liknar mest. Älskar att man kan variera smakerna på ett enkelt sätt genom att mixa i ugnsbakade rotfrukter eller grönsaker. Testa vettja! Det blir ett gott tillbehör till de flesta måltider eller som exempelvis ett pålägg.
För nötfritt: Byt mandelsmöret till tahini istället.
